Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Agentic Job Search (“we”, “our”, “us”), including the website agenticjobsearch.in and all related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
• You must notify us immediately at indiancoder92@gmail.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

The Service helps you discover job openings, find recruiter and HR contacts, and draft and send personalised job applications. Features may include AI-generated content, such as outreach emails and profile summaries.

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is sent. Job listings, contact details, and other third-party data are provided “as is” from public sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will result in interviews or job offers.

If you connect your Gmail account, you authorise the Service to access your Gmail data solely to provide the features described in our Privacy Policy. You agree that:

• You will not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that violate Google's Gmail Program Policies or applicable anti-spam laws.
• You will only send messages to recipients with whom you have a legitimate basis to communicate in connection with a job application.
• You are solely responsible for the content of all emails sent through your account, and you will ensure they comply with applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• You will not use the Service to misrepresent your identity or send misleading or deceptive content.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these rules or whose sending activity is flagged by email providers.

The Service is currently in early access. Pricing, plans, and refund policies will be published before any paid features are activated. If you purchase a paid plan, the terms of that plan (including cancellation and refund terms) will be presented to you at the time of purchase and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial job search. You retain ownership of your resume and other content you upload.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service in ways that overload or disrupt its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Google (Gmail) and job boards. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of such services is subject to their own terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 11, and 12) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at indiancoder92@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where required, by notice on the website or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
