Agentic Job Search (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website agenticjobsearch.in and the related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up (including via Google sign-in).
• Profile data: your resume/CV, skills, work experience, education, job preferences, and outreach templates you provide.
• Gmail data (only if you connect Gmail): with your explicit consent, we access your Gmail account to search for job-related emails, draft applications, and send outreach emails on your behalf.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and technical data such as browser type, device, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Payment information: processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

• To provide and personalise the Service, including matching your profile to job openings and generating outreach emails.
• To send emails through your connected Gmail account, strictly for the job applications and outreach you approve.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

If you choose to connect your Gmail account, our use of the information received from Google APIs adheres to Google’s Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail data only to:

• Read job-related email threads you select so we can track applications and replies.
• Draft and send outreach emails that you review and approve before sending.
• Nothing is sent without your explicit approval. We do not read emails for advertising purposes, and no human at Agentic Job Search reads your emails.

You can revoke our Gmail access at any time from your Google Account settings. Revoking access stops all future email activity immediately.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authenticated systems and personnel on a need-to-know basis. While we implement reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only:

• With service providers (e.g., Google Cloud, payment processors, email infrastructure) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, court order, or government regulation.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified.

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing indiancoder92@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.

Under the DPDP Act and applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and the right to grievance redressal. The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where required, by notice on the website or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
